Terms of service
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of pipehalo.com and the PipeHalo service, provided by PipeHalo LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you use PipeHalo on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that company. If your company has signed a separate agreement or order with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
The service
PipeHalo analyzes advertising and sales pipeline data that you connect, and provides flags, explanations, recommendations and reports. PipeHalo is a new service. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Connections depend on each ad platform's and CRM's own API, which those companies can change or limit at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, use a work email address, and use PipeHalo for business purposes.
- Keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- Workspace admins control who is invited, which accounts are connected, billing, and support access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for making sure the people you invite follow these terms.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you connect or upload. You grant PipeHalo permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to connect each account and share its data with us, and that doing so complies with the terms of the platforms involved.
You also allow us to use your data in aggregated, de-identified form, combined with other customers' data so that no customer, person, account or campaign can be identified, to improve PipeHalo and to describe its results. We will not name you as a customer or publish your own results without your written permission.
Support access
Our staff can view your workspace's campaign, CRM, flag and report data only with a support access code that a workspace admin creates, for the period the admin chooses. Support access is read-only and logged, and the admin can revoke it at any time. We may access data without a code only where needed to investigate a security incident or abuse, or where the law requires it.
One company per workspace
Each workspace, and each subscription on a direct plan, is for one company. Connect only the ad accounts and CRM that belong to that company. Connecting accounts of other, unrelated companies, or rotating different companies through the same workspace, is not allowed. Agencies that manage several clients must use the agency plan, which gives each client its own workspace. PipeHalo records which accounts are connected, changed or replaced in each workspace, and may suspend a workspace that breaks this rule. If your company has several brands, regions or legal entities, or changes its name, contact [email protected] and we will help set it up correctly.
Signing up, demos and our money-back guarantee
- Signing up. There is no free trial. You choose a plan and pay when you sign up, before connecting any accounts.
- Demos. A demo gives you your own sample workspace with made-up data for 7 days, for evaluating PipeHalo only.
- We may decline a demo request or sign-up at our discretion, including from competitors.
30-day money-back guarantee
If PipeHalo isn't right for you, a workspace admin can choose Get my money back in Plan and billing within 30 days of the day your plan starts.
- What you get back. We refund every payment made on that plan in full, including seats.
- Your plan ends right away, even during the 3-month commitment, and the workspace becomes read-only.
- Which plans. The guarantee covers monthly plans only. Yearly and invoiced plans are not covered.
- Once per company. Each company can use the guarantee once, identified by its email domain, across all of its workspaces.
- If a refund can't finish automatically, we complete it within 2 business days. How quickly the money reaches your card depends on your card issuer.
Plans, fees and billing
- Plans. Direct plans are priced by your workspace's monthly active ad spend, and each includes a set number of seats. Additional seats are charged per seat. Current prices, limits and included seats are shown in PipeHalo when you choose a plan, or in your order.
- Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. Apart from the money-back guarantee, you cannot cancel, downgrade or remove seats until the commitment ends.
- Yearly plans are paid in advance for 12 months. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time.
- Invoiced billing is available on yearly plans with at least 10 seats. Invoices are due within 30 days unless your order says otherwise.
- Seats added mid-period are charged right away for the rest of the period. Every billing change in PipeHalo shows the amount and asks you to confirm before it is made.
- Renewal. Plans renew automatically for the same period until an admin cancels. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (and no earlier than the end of any commitment), and the workspace keeps working until then.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee, where required by law or agreed in writing.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes, which we add to your invoice where required.
- Late payment. If a payment fails or an invoice is overdue, we will email the admins. If it is still unpaid after that, we may suspend the workspace until it is paid.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change. It applies from your next renewal, not during a commitment or paid period.
Automatic upgrades when ad spend grows
Each direct plan covers active ad spend up to a limit. We measure actual spend on active campaigns across all of the workspace's connected ad accounts; you cannot exclude campaigns or accounts from the measurement.
- When spend reaches 90% of your plan's limit, we email the admins.
- When spend goes over the limit, we email the admins at least 14 days before upgrading the workspace to the plan that fits its spend. The upgrade then happens automatically and is charged at that plan's price.
- An admin can choose Don't upgrade in that notice. For up to 60 days, the workspace keeps its data and reports, but new flags, AI explanations and the Monday Brief are paused until the workspace upgrades or its spend falls back within the limit.
- We never downgrade a plan automatically. An admin can downgrade once any commitment ends.
If your order or founding-customer pricing says otherwise, it controls.
Agency plan
The agency plan is priced per client workspace, with a minimum number of client workspaces set out when you subscribe. Each client gets its own workspace, and you confirm you are authorized by each client to connect its accounts and share its data with us. Agencies are responsible for their clients' use of the workspaces they manage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use PipeHalo in violation of any law or any connected platform's terms;
- attempt to access other customers' data or bypass security controls, seat limits or ad spend measurement;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the service, share one subscription across separate companies, or share sign-in access between people;
- use a demo or the service to build or benchmark a competing product;
- create fake or duplicate accounts or use other email domains to claim the money-back guarantee more than once;
- overload, disrupt or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
Recommendations and AI-generated content
PipeHalo's flags, explanations and recommendations are generated from your data using automated rules and AI models. They are meant to support your decisions, not replace them, and they can be wrong or incomplete, including when the connected data is. Review recommendations before acting on them; you remain responsible for changes you make to your campaigns, budgets and systems.
Our intellectual property
PipeHalo, its software, design and branding belong to PipeHalo LLC. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Suspension and ending use
- An admin can cancel as described above. You can stop using PipeHalo at any time.
- We may suspend or disable a workspace or user if you breach these terms, payment is overdue, or it is needed to protect the service, other customers or connected platforms. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. A suspended workspace keeps its data.
- We may end these terms with 30 days' notice; if we do so without cause, we refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
- After an account closes, we handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, PipeHalo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular business or advertising result, or that data from connected platforms will be complete or available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PipeHalo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, ad spend or data. PipeHalo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date, and email workspace admins about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
